ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
Henna—also known as mehndi—comes from the dried and ground leaves of the Lawsonia Inermis plant, which thrives in hot, dry climates. When applied to the skin, the natural lawsone dye molecules bind to keratin, creating a stain that deepens the longer the paste stays on. Henna has been traditionally used for centuries across the Persian Gulf, North Africa, and South Asia for body art, celebrations, and beauty rituals.
